Shipping:

Please allow 24-48 business hours for order processing, excluding holidays and during high volume seasonal periods. Once payment details are approved, orders are processed from Michigan and ship via FedEx. Please note, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes at this time. All buyers will receive an order receipt by email with tracking information when shipment is confirmed. Please send any additional requests or questions here.

International customers:

Shipping costs are $30 to Canada via FedEx Ground and $50 to all other international customers via FedEx Economy.

All international buyers are subject to import duties and taxes which are estimated and collected upon checkout if applicable. We are not responsible for customs delays and transit times provided by FedEx are not necessarily guaranteed. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to re-route the package.

All international orders are final sale. Any refused international order will be refunded upon receipt, withholding the cost of return shipping.

Taxes:

All orders being shipped within Michigan will pay the Michigan sales tax of 6%. Residents of other US states are not subject to taxes on their purchase.
